Standard Shipping is automatically $7-10 at checkout, depending on your grad cap order. This amount is INCLUDED already in the upgraded shipping, meaning the additional cost and the regular are combined to equal the upgraded shipping amount. The $7-10 will not be refunded as it is part of the cost for upgrading your shipping. (ex. $7 standard + $13 upgraded = $20 priority shipping)
