Item Details:
Design is 9.5 x 9.5 inches with an approximate 1 inch hole in the center and double sided adhesive in the back. Design is printed on cardstock, not hand painted, and rhinestoned on top. The topper will fit the standard 9 x 9 inches graduation cap / mortar board. Cap/Mortar board is not included. Center circle is not included.

Flip topper to the back. Peel the double-sided adhesive and align your topper to your cap. Press firmly. Wear proudly.
If you need to realign, peel CAP away from TOPPER carefully and reapply. Note that the more you reapply, the less sticky the adhesive gets.
