Greenery Grad Cap - PRINTED Topper

This PRINTED design can be customized with your own Main Quote / SubQuote and you can choose your own font. Some designs can be further customized and will be indicated in each listing.

Item Info

Design is 9.5 x 9.5 inches with an approximate 1 inch hole in the center and double sided adhesive in the back. Design is printed on cardstock, not hand painted. The topper will fit the standard 9 x 9 inches graduation cap / mortar board. (If you need a different size, please let me know the size IN INCHES that you need it for.)

Cap/Mortar board is not included. Center circle is not included.

Watermark is for copyright purposes and will not be included in the actual print out.

Quote Info

◆Having a quote is optional, if you wish to leave it blank feel free to do so.

◆Main Quote is the main words, phrase, or sentence that will be displayed. It will be the largest quote.

◆SubQuote is the smaller word or short phrase displayed.

This item can be customized with the Main Quote and a Sub Quote as well as choosing your own font. See the slide with all the fonts or head over to [THIS PAGE] to see the fonts in action.

If no font is selected, Font 3 for the Main Quote and Font 7 for the Sub Quote will automatically selected.

You have 24 hours from the moment of the Preview Email that is sent to approve or fix any errors (such as misspellings or accents). Feel free to respond with your approval as I will get it out to you faster ! If email is ignored after 24hours, I will assume you have approved it and I will be printing it as how you see it (without the watermark of course).

However, if you request any changes after the 24 hour period, it will be an additional $5 for a reprint.

If Sarah misspells or writes something incorrectly and your topper has been sent out, once notified about this then Sarah will send the correction free of charge.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

— Free Background color - See your design with a different background color

— $1 Excessive Changes - You have 3 free edits of placement, misspellings, accent marks, etc.

— $3/per Quote or Font Change - See your design with a different quote or font. Additional time will be added to your order as I need to redesign the entire topper to fit yor new quote or font.

— $5 Reprinting Fee - Changes after the 24 hour period

Flip topper to the back. Peel the double-sided adhesive and align your topper to your cap. Press firmly. Wear proudly.

If you need to realign, peel CAP away from TOPPER carefully and reapply. Note that the more you reapply, the less sticky the adhesive gets.

RETURNS:

• Your item qualifies for a refund or exchange. I will send you a free return label for you to attach to the package. Return or exchange can only be granted if item arrives to Sarah in the same condition you received it in. Please package carefully!

REFUNDS:

• This item can only be refunded if it can be resold and no identifying customization features are on the design (i.e. such as names, graduating year, school, etc). If you have any of those but not limited to that list, your topper DOES NOT qulify for a refund and thus is deemed Final Sale
• Item must be returned within 30 days from moment of purchase . Item must be unused, deemed fit to resell, and sent back in the condition it arrived in. (If it is damaged in transit, I cannot refund it as it will be deemed as unable to resell; please package carefully! I recommend sending it back in the OG package with all contents inside.) Once received and inspected for resale, a refund will be granted and you should receive your money within 5-7 business days.

EXCHANGES: 

• This item can only be exchanged if it can be resold and no identifying customization features are on the design (i.e. such as names, graduating year, school, etc). If you have any of those but not limited to that list, your topper DOES NOT qulify for an exchange and thus is deemed Final Sale

• I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as my preferred shipping company. Other companies available as well.
• Online orders are processed between 5-7 business days and shipped after within 5-7 business days. A total of 10-14 business from moment of purchase to receiving your item.
