Grad Cap Application

This is the 2024-2025 graduation cap application.

This application is for graduates wanting a design between September 2024 - June 2025.

Terms and Conditions

I understand that filling out this application does not secure my spot on the schedule. *

I understand that if I miss any emails or do not respond to any emails, I will be skipped. *

I understand it is on a first come first pay basis. If I wait to send my deposit, I may not have a spot. *

I understand I need to send Sarah a reply email letting her know that I have sent the deposit. I understand that by not replying that I have sent the deposit, I may lose my spot. *

I understand the $25 deposit is non-refundable. If I miss any e-mails or choose to cancel, I will not be refunded. *

I understand that if I do not respond within my scheduled week and am still interested, I will be charged a $50 late fee for my design to be done outside of my scheduled week. *

This is the day of your grad photos or ceremony. For "just in case" purposes, you can put it a week or so ahead of time.

This will be the base of your design. A topper will have adhesive for you to peel and place into your grad cap. If you directly on a cap, I will need a cap.

Glue Ons will be printed out and glued on. Obvs handpainted is painted directly. Rhinestones will be glued directly onto a cap.

How will Sarah get a cap? *

If you send yours, I will provide a free shipping label. If you select Amazon, I will provide my address for you to send it to. Or I can use one of the ones I have for an additional charge.
